The custom exercise routines are designed for your level. Workouts use your whole body and are 15 minutes a day. They design meal plans to help you eat right at every meal and snack. You’ll receive a daily newsletter with food, exercise and motivational tips.
The program also includes a journal, which allows you to record your feelings, thoughts and experiences and a weight tracker to help you see your progress.
When you sign-up for Denise's program you will be charged $19.95 for her "Get Fit Kit" This includes a workout DVD and fitness ball. You will use these objects in conjunction with her exercise routine. We were unable to find a way around buying this kit.
Denise’s program is $52.00 per quarter with a four–week minimum commitment.
Fit Forever takes a realistic approach to weight loss and physical fitness. However, her online program is missing a few of the bells and whistles available with our #1 Rated Diet Program. Some of these missing features include a meal and exercise tracker as well as health news and articles. There is also no available telephone or email to contact the company prior to signing up.
